Ability to Restrict the 'Archive' Status on Board Tasks

The ability to restrict the Archive status button availability based on the board level permissions. You would be able to restrict this for board members or assignees who have edit rights to the task meaning only 'Board Owners', 'Board Owners' and 'Board Members' or 'Board Owners' and 'Assignees' can click the button depending on what is configured.
