Add ability to group financial dashboard project lists by Portfolio (and other relevant grouping options). The idea is to be able to see the financial forecasts and actuals between projects grouped by portfolio so that it's easier at a glance to ascertain which projects may be over or underfunded and decide how that can be redistributed between projects in a portfolio. We can currently filter by portfolio, but it would be better, especially in meetings where multiple portfolios are discussed, to see this in one place.
