Add the option to allow admins to apply colours to portfolios and subprotfolios similarly to how it works for Project Types, or add more colours to the default pie colours so when there are a lot of portfolios, it's easy to see which section relates to each of the associated portfolios without drilling down.

This would be particularly helpful where reports are exported as a PDF to send to stakeholders who do not access Fluid.
