owners/editor of the board should be able to assign decisions/actions related to a specific request and see status of the action/decision at any given point. Currently there is only ability to create new request on the same board or copy the request to a new board. But no Actions/decision. Example: in the hire request approval request once it is validated we can send create decision/action that will be sent to the hiring manager/Executive leaders for decision before the request moves to next step of the process
