Add the role column to the resource capacity dashboard and export to Excel

On the resource capacity dashboard - so we want the resource, capacity by month, projects so we can filter on a programme (which we can do through naming convention if we cant add programme field) and then manager and task type.
The column should be added to the Monthly Resource Project Allocation export too.
