An option to customise meeting minutes verbiage when declaring attendance.

The request is to be able to further customise meeting minutes to allow for the verbiage used to describe the attendance of those invited to the meeting to be customised. Please see example:
'No Show' could then be amended to display as 'Regrets' or 'Apologies' instead.
This could be as customisable metadata fields.
