Be able to rearrange the order of Layout pages and Watchlists

I can't change the order of the layout pages in the drop down. I want all health reports at the top, then finance reports, then resource reports. The only way to change the order is delete and recreate?
Would also like to be able to specify the order configured Watchlists are listed under Watchlists -> Dashboards.
