The request is to be able to set a custom property as 'Required' or 'Not Required' conditionally, based on the board task status/column.
For example, a task might be set as 'Not Required' as standard, but when the board task moves to specific named column/status, the property becomes mandatory and must be filled, whereas prior to this, it was visible but optional.
