Proposition One page listing users, projects and boards with access level (Owner, Editor, Viewer and so on) and the source of that access: named on the project, Community Team Member, portfolio viewer or admin, profile user security role, or board role. This would include temporary access given with the time-boxed project sharing feature access details. Details 1. You'd be able to filter by resources, projects or boards and see the resource access for each with the ability to add and remove viewer or edit rights.
2. User view - you'd be able to pick a user and see every project and board they can access, with the following actions:
- Add the user to many projects or boards at once.
- Remove them, or change their access level.
- Transfer access from one user to another, for leavers/replacement handovers.
3. You'd be able to export the data to Excel (excel report).
4. The page should flag deactivated users (no open resource plan, active flag off) who still have explicit access, so admins can tidy them up.
The page should only let admins remove access granted directly on the project or board. Access that comes from a profile role should be labelled as such and link to Manage Role Groups.
