Clear Assignee rule for tasks created directly into a column

Have the ability for the clear assignee rule to be triggered only when a task is moved into a column and not when a task is created directly into the column that has the rule applied as well. Example, cloned tasks that are copied into the column that has the clear assignee rule, the assignee is removed as expected but where you have tasks being created directly into the column the rule removes them as well.
