Demand Management is a key part of any business, allowing the senior leaders in the organisation to oversee the landscape of all current work and new requests across the entire organisation, enabling them to make informed decisions on how to balance and best achieve the different business objectives at the strategic organisational level. 

Objectives of this new feature are therefore to allow members of the organisation to send new work requests to Demand Management process boards and track the status of their requests.​

The changes will include:​

• Setting whether boards can receive community requests or not.​
• Ability to send a work request from any page​.
• Work requests can be sent to any boards the user owns or is member of as well as boards that have been set to receive public requests.​
• Notifications will be sent to the board owners on the Dot channel.​
• Requesters can access the work requests they sent from My Items.​
