I added an action to the wrong agenda item, but can't drag it to the right agenda. Want to be able to drag things between agenda items... I had to delete the action and recreate it.

I also am not able to drag open actions that I have added from a previous session under an agenda item of my choosing. I pulled in some open items and wanted to position them under my first agenda item 'matters arising' - but they always snap back to the bottom of the list of items...
