Fluid meetings created in Outlook, update cancelled meetings with a cancelled status and not delete

Currently you can create a meeting in Outlook and the meeting is automatically scheduled in Fluid. A user can go and add Agenda items to this meeting in Fluid but once the meeting is cancelled in Outlook, the meeting is deleted in Fluid. Ideally it should change the status to cancelled and keep all info captured on the meeting.
