For Large Kanban Boards - Make the board scrollable by dragging the top bar

For large kanban boards with many lanes, they are not easily usable because they cannot easily be scrolled. You have to either (a) zoom out, (b) use the keyboard, (c) scroll to the bottom and drag the scrollbar. It would be far easier and far more effective if you could scroll by dragging the top bar.
