Lookup expressions let you automatically populate a property based on information from related data — for example, by referencing a project’s template, phase, or owner. Instead of manually setting values, the property “looks up” the relevant metadata and applies the correct value for you.
This makes it easier to keep records aligned and consistent across portfolios, templates, and related entities.
