Option to add more graph tiles on a dashboard.

Many of the project dashboard graphs now have more options for customisation, including choosing how many tiles they cover, but it would be useful to be able to use all 9 tiles, allowing for up to 9 custom charts where not all tile spaces are used.
One of the limitations at the moment is that you could have one graph span the top three tiles, and on the next row, 2 graphs that only make sense to use one tile space each, being able to add another would fill that gap and provide even more useful data.
