Option to configure the details of a card to be expanded by default when creating/updating

At present the Edit dialog to create or update a card on a board has the description, collapsed by default, you have to click on the description button to show it. Request is to have an option to enable the description to be auto expanded, always visible and be mandatory so users must enter a value.
