Expose a permalink or action GUID field in the Fluid Power BI integration so users can construct permalinks from Power BI report items back to their corresponding records in Fluid.

Use Case: A PMO team has a Power BI report aggregating actions and board items across multiple Fluid boards. They want each item's title to be a hyperlink so stakeholders reviewing the report can click through directly to the source record in Fluid without switching context or searching manually.
