Resource Forecast Bulk Edit - Add the option to download the file with team members without allocation, listed as a row in the file.
At the moment, if a Team Member is added and they do not have any allocation, they will not show in the file meaning that their resource details and the project role need to be added manually.
If doing this for a large project team, this can be especially cumbersome, and then across multiple projects this raises the effort.
It would be useful if the dialogue to export the resource forecast bulk file had a check box to download the file with unallocated team members in the files so their headcount or hours can be added to the row.
